1. General provisions

1.1 all websites of Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Tong Ren Tang") (address: http://eshop.tongrentangcm.com ）, users of purchased products shall abide by the terms of return.

1.2 if you have any questions, you can email to eshop@tongrentangcm.com. Enquiries will be answered by the customer service staff during office hours.


2. Return and exchange of products

2.1 product returnable:

(a) The product delivered is shipped in error and is not ordered by the user;

(b) The product delivered is damaged or expired; or

(c) The delivered product does not conform to the product description when the user purchases it online.


3. Product return procedure

3.1 within 7 working days after the product is delivered to the designated delivery address, the user must notify Beijing Tong Ren Tang in the designated way that the product delivered has the conditions listed in 2.1 above, and apply for return. Email: eshop@tongrentangcm.com 

3.2 Beijing Tong Ren Tang will review your application after receiving the user's return application. If the above conditions are met, Beijing Tong Ren Tang will confirm the user's return application by email. After receiving this confirmation email, the user can send the returned product to the following address:

4. Non refundable products

4.1 for the avoidance of doubt, the following products cannot be returned:

(a) The product has been disassembled or used;

(b) The packaging of the product has been damaged or incomplete (compared with the original packaging);

(c) This product is for promotion, price reduction and inventory.


5. Refund arrangement and time

5.1 refund arrangement: the user must return the invoice and all coupons and gifts paid with the product, and Beijing Tong Ren Tang can arrange the refund. All non refundable products will not be refunded.

5.2 refund time: credit card issuing agencies may need four to five weeks to return the money to users. The specific time shall be subject to the actual situation of the credit card issuing institution.

5.3 We will not charge a fee to process refunds, but there might be transaction fees charged by the Payment Service Provider such as PayPal, AlipayHK, WechatPay HK, etc.


6. Orders that cannot be dispatched

6.1 if the product is not delivered to the address designated by the user and returned to Beijing Tong Ren Tang, Beijing Tong Ren Tang will only return the product price after deducting the freight and other related expenses.

6.2 for products that cannot be delivered, the order will be deemed to be cancelled by the user, and Beijing Tong Ren Tang will not arrange another delivery.
